Books and Booklets
One of our primary goals has always been to authored and publish works. To that end, we have authored and published educational materials, books and other collateral material about the true lives and legacies of Tejanos. Thus, we have published our first Tejano autobiographies and biographies that are targeted to be used as supplemental history texts in fourth and seventh grade classrooms. In addition, required teachers guides and other materials have been created to provide the teacher in the classroom with as many tools as possible.
In 2011, a autobiography series on Tejanos has been launched along with a complementing historic portraits series. Also, a diverse amount of collateral material has been created and produced to supplement the classroom. Also, we have produce materials on our exhibits, artifacts, documentaries and markers program. Lastly, we author and produce written articles on timely issues.
