Texas Tejano.com and Texas A&M University-San Antonio cordially invite you to a presentation on “La Medina.” On April 25, 2019, our president, Mr. Rudi R. Rodriguez will be presenting at Texas A&M University-San Antonio. The presentation will be on “La Medina,” the story of San Antonio's first Tejano ranching families along the Medina River. His remarks will supplement the annual April celebrations of Texas Independence and the role Tejanos played in it.

Please come and join students and faculty as we glimpse at the founding of southern Bexar County with its roads, crossings, towns, and ranches. Also, meet its prominent Tejanos and their involvement in business,  politics, and war. Lastly, come see the faces and places that Tejanos called home “La Medina”. Join us at 11:00 am on April 25th in the Vista Room on the fourth floor of the Central Academic Building.
